Emergency service is just service we provide to you in the event of a true emergency which are as follows:

• No Heat in your Apartment – this is only an emergency in extreme cold weather (below 40 degrees) in winter time and when the heater is not working due to a mechanical malfunction
• No Electricity in your Apartment – Electrical outage may be considered an emergency ONLY if there is no electricity throughout the unit
• Gas Leaks or "Smell of Gas"
• Flooding of your Apartment – Call immediately if there is risk of damage to possessions or the property and you cannot contain the leak
• Fire – Call 911 First!!... Then call 434-972-1039
• Total Stoppage of the Plumbing Drain System – The stoppage of one toilet or drain when other bathrooms are functional is not considered an emergency
• Lock Outs – All after hour lock outs will be charged $50.00 per incident. The $50.00 fee will be assessed to your rental account

Clubhouse Rental
Many residents have inquired on the clubhouse rental rates; so, we wanted to make sure all of our residents were aware of the availability of the clubhouse. As you know, the clubhouse has been renovated and ready for use. It's a great area for birthday, anniversary and holday parties, bridal and baby showers, family gatherings and more. If you would like to view the new clubhouse area or retrieve more information on the rental process, please stop by our office. Clubhouse Rental Rates: $150.00 Deposit / $150.00 Rental (If you leave the clubhouse area in good clean condition, the deposit will be refunded)

Cold Weather Safety Tips for Children
Winter is the time of the year when children are ready to be outside, throw snowballs and ride sleds. Regardless of your winter activities, it is important to follow winter safety tips to keep your children protected while enduring the elements.

Wind Chill – Wind makes it feel much colder outside then the actual temperature. Knowing the correct temperatures and how to properly dress your children during certain weather is very important.

Layering Clothing – One of the best ways to stay warm is wearing multiple layers of clothes. If you are too warm, you simply remove a layer. Having extra layers also provide your children protection against becoming wet.

Frostbite – If your child begins to complain about numbness, aching or burning, its time to head inside and away from the cold weather. Never rub an area you feel could have frostbite or if the area is black or has blisters, you need to seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
